As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:

  • Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.
  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.
  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required
  • Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
