Salary: $48,984 to $62,566/Yearly

Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts

As a Mechanic, you'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment, performing building and facilities maintenance, and installing new machinery in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and shut down equipment safely per OSHA guidelines.
  • Install, repair, and maintain machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and fix malfunctions, overhaul components as needed.
  • Enhance equipment productivity and provide emergency repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Lock-Out/Tag-Out.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in mechanical and electrical tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of vocational training and manufacturing experience.
  • Safety training or team experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds and handling various physical tasks and environmental conditions.
