The Retail Sales Associate position at Hard Rock Stadium involves providing exceptional service to guests at retail merchandise outlets and points of sale during various events at the stadium. This role includes working at permanent stands, mobile stands, kiosks, and in-venue retail stores, ensuring guests have a first-class experience during Miami Dolphins games, the Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, University of Miami Football, concerts, international soccer matches, and other events.

This part-time role requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Location: Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Work at various stadium events including Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Football games, the Miami Open tennis tournament, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, concerts, festivals, and special events.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist guests in finding merchandise, have knowledge of inventory, suggest and upsell items, maintain positive team relations, and follow established procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
  • Ability to follow instructions, flexible schedule for weekends, nights, and holidays, and exceptional customer service skills
