\tSummary:
\r

\tThe Bonduelle Fresh America's Summer Internship Program is a 10 week paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience with meaningful work, while developing your skills, and building your network. Bonduelle Fresh America is seeking currently enrolled college students interested in working for a global food manufacturing organization to serve as a 2024 Summer Intern in one of our locations.\r

\tThis internship allows interns to gain hands-on business experience in a fast-paced industry and company.\r
\tWe'll give you the chance to develop your project management skills by working on a variety of intern projects.\r
\tYou will have the opportunity to cultivate your professional networking and communication skills by interacting with all levels of management in your day-to-day responsibilities.\r

\tInterns will have the opportunity to make an impact on your local community by engaging in a community service project with your fellow interns.\r
\tYou will play a vital role in the continued growth of our company in a variety of departments including:\r
\tInternships at Bonduelle Fresh Americas are paid and do not require course credit.\r

\tBasic Qualifications:
\r

\r
\tClass Level:

Sophomore, Junior or Senior and fully enrolled in an Accredited Institution with a major in Environmental Science, Soil Science, Biology, Business, Ag Business or Computer Science.

\r
\tMinimum

GPA:
Cumulative 2.8/Major 3.0 or higher\r
\tWork Authorization:
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and/or alien authorized to work in the US on an unlimited basis\r
\tMust be able to commute to one of our plant locations Swedesboro, NJ - Florence, NJ for the entirety of the program.\r

\tAdditional Qualifications:
\r

\r
\tYou must have proven leadership skills through student organization participation, athletic endeavors, community service or previous jobs or internships.\r
\tExcellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.\r
\tYou must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team.\r
\tYou must have strong technical skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.\r
\tDependability and excellent time management is a plus.\r
\r
