About Your Business Area/Department:

We provide Central Reservation Systems, Sales & Catering solutions, Guest service and communication items and more. The Functional Architect team provides ways for these tools to communicate to other Property or Sales and Distribution Systems.

Summary of the role:

You will be working with our product and developer teams to find how to integrate our systems with external systems to meet client needs while always pushing for a community wide solution.

In this role you will:
  • Drive high-level system-wide decisions for component interactions and integrations to external systems
  • Ensure consistency of design at a community level with minimal bespoke development. Aligning client and product roadmap needs and desires.
  • Support the development process, providing functional clarifications and solution aspects through design and implementation.
About the ideal candidate:
  • 7+ years of Hospitality Industry experience (Revenue Management/Distribution, PMS Administration, or similar)
  • Ability to work on an autonomous level based on management directions
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a variety of formats and levels of knowledge.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
