What Will You Do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal customers to understand their challenges and requirements, to drive technical and business process solutions that support the Group FP&A organization in achieving financial goals.
  • Drive best practices in Hyperion Planning and assist the Planning team in aligning business processes with system mechanics, while also serving as an additional Planning subject matter expert.
  • Manage the ticketing intake process and prioritize tasks to support the Business Services team.
  • Act as the partnering lead, bridging the gap between business needs and the supporting Digital Analytics execution teams, ensuring that technical team delivery aligns with business requirements.
  • Foster partnerships within the Data Analytics team to expedite and streamline workflows, maintain clear prioritization, drive activity, and act as a liaison with the business.
  • Support Group-wide PPI efforts, including accountability and tracking.
  • Contribute to various initiatives related to financial reporting and data harmonization, identifying opportunities to consolidate other FP&A reporting environments into common frameworks.
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or other relevant area

At least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large, matrixed organization

At least 2 years of direct experience supporting an Oracle PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud System) environment, familiarity with Oracle EPMCS (Enterprise Performance Management Cloud System)

  • Advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.

  • Ability to develop high levels of credibility and build strong professional relationships with peers and senior management.
  • Track record of continuous improvement, with successful experience in optimizing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully implement them.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to taking action.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, displaying career progression, and actively seeking opportunities to expand capabilities.
  • Possesses a high level of integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior.
