Scale Clerk - Newman Grove, NE
This is a full time, non-exempt hourly position.

Position Summary:Weigh trucksGrade grainPerform data entryAnswer phones and file documentsAssist in grain settlements from producers and commercials.Assist in freight payments..Customer reports (delivery sheets, settlements, tickets, etc.)Assist in grain origination efforts.Assist customers in learning new technology (app, re gen programs, etc.) that the company rolls out.Service customers as they walk in the door with questions.Job Requirements:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of ConductMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school education or equivalentExhibit regular and prompt attendanceProlonged periods of using a telephoneWilling to work overtime and weekends during corn and bean harvestDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team settingExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitudeComputer skills, including previous experience in data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel are preferredPrevious experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), move up to 50 pounds as well as the ability to wear a respirator when needed
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
