About Us: We are a leading electrical construction recruitment firm with extensive partnerships across the country. With connections to over 575 electrical contractors, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join one of our partner firms.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects and lead field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and construction management, with the ability to manage project teams, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead field operations, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise and mentor field personnel, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
• Monitor project progress and track performance metrics, implementing strategies to address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting project status, progress, and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of experience in electrical construction, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
