As a VIP Reactivation Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional experiences for our high-potential and prospective VIP players. Your focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service and operational efficiency to build and nurture relationships with our customers. You will also work on enhancing our VIP engagement strategy to better meet the needs of our players and cultivate long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with high-potential players through various communication channels to establish genuine relationships.
• Evaluate players' potential for inclusion in the DraftKings VIP Program.
• Assist in the development and optimization of player engagement and qualification strategies.
• Collect feedback to enhance the onboarding process and ensure a positive player experience.
• Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or client-facing roles.
