Resumen de Trabajo

El/La Limpiador/a de Hotel es responsable de la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones de los huéspedes asignadas. Esto incluye seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía de acuerdo con los manuales de la propiedad. Esta posición también realiza diversas tareas relacionadas con proyectos especiales, inventario, trabajos adicionales y otros deberes asignados.

RESPONSABILIDADES


Completar la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones asignadas según los estándares de la compañía manteniendo puntajes aceptables de inspección de habitaciones dentro de los plazos de tiempo designados.

Responder a los elementos o problemas relacionados con los huéspedes de manera rápida y efectiva.
Mantener los estándares de limpieza en todas las habitaciones de los huéspedes.
Mantener los estándares de inventario en las habitaciones.
Adherirse a todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
Organizar adecuadamente el carro de limpieza y los cuartos de ropa blanca todos los días.
Completar trabajos adicionales y proyectos especiales según se asignen.
Manejar y usar correctamente todos los productos químicos necesarios para la limpieza de las habitaciones de los huéspedes.
Retirar la basura de las habitaciones de los huéspedes y las áreas.
Realizar el servicio de salida y estancia en cualquier edificio asignado.
Identificar y reportar todos los problemas relacionados con el mantenimiento en las habitaciones de los huéspedes.
Comunicar el estado de la habitación tan pronto como esté lista para su inspección o para los huéspedes.
Conocer bien la zona, incluidos eventos y tendencias.
Mantener una cultura de servicio legendario y hospitalidad entre todos los miembros del equipo.

Mantener el más alto nivel de limpieza y cuidado en las áreas comunes de la propiedad, áreas de servicio y habitaciones de los huéspedes.


ESPECIFICACIONES DEL TRABAJO

Educación:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente requerido.

Experiencia:
Se requiere experiencia en limpieza.

Conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades:
Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal.
Habilidades básicas de lectura y escritura.
Debe tener transporte confiable.
Debe ser puntual y dispuesto/a a trabajar según lo programado.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera segura con productos químicos de limpieza comunes.

REQUISITOS FÍSICOS
Estar de pie y caminar la mayor parte del día de trabajo.
Aplicar destreza física con cierta flexión, estiramiento, alcance, agarre, sujeción y transporte.
Subir 3-5 pisos de escaleras, a veces varias veces al día.
Levantar 40-50 libras.

AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO
El ambiente de trabajo consistirá en interiores y exteriores dependiendo de las necesidades de la propiedad.

Algunos trabajos se realizarán en el entorno de ropa blanca/ lavandería trabajando con productos químicos y varios equipos de limpieza.

Otros trabajos se realizarán al aire libre con exposición a temperaturas altas o bajas, sol y otros elementos.
