Noble and Greenough School seeks a highly organized and team-oriented individual to serve as admission coordinator, a public-facing position central to the effective and efficient functioning of the admission operation at the school. This is a 10-month, 32.5 hours per week position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors to the school, answer phones, manage admission office email account, assist with all email communication to prospective families, execute mailings
  • Oversee inquiries in the admission database (Ravenna), including data clean-up and entry
  • Process application forms
  • Assist with all admission events—participate in planning, recording event responses and attendance, producing nametags, greeting attendees
  • Monitor office supply and equipment stock, determine needs, and place orders for necessary items
  • Oversee the school's transportation offerings, including communication with bus companies, current families, the business office, students, faculty, and staff
  • Support of the dean and director of admission
  • Participate fully in the efforts of the admission office and the school community in general

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of three years of related office experience or an associate's or bachelor's degree
    • Strong customer service orientation and work ethic
    • Experience with diverse cultural populations and a demonstrated commitment to working in an inclusive community
    • Excellent written and oral communication and computer skills
    • Familiarity with databases such as FilemakerPro, Ravenna, and Veracross is strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
    • Comfort with Google Workspace and other technology
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities in a fast-paced and ever-evolving, deadline-driven environment
    • Warmth of personality, patience, attention to detail, and collaborative nature
    • Ability to work occasional evening and weekend
