General Purpose of Job? ?

This position will be responsible for talent acquisition by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Daily tasks will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to assisting with interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.?

Two (2) years recent active recruitment experience using job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates?

Experience or similar work with an electric utility or related industry.?

Job related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Other Requirements ???

• Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer, printers, copy machines, telephone, and fax machine.?
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.?
• Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations.?
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.?
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.?
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.?
• Normal work hours shall be eight (8) hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.?
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.?
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.?
