Summary

About the Position: Serves as a HR Specialist (Military) to the Chief, Human Resources, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8 (DCS, G-8) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)). Applies data analytics concepts to build reports and presentations for leadership decisions or information in order to assess and forecast personnel strength and promotions, develop and sustain talent management, and to comply with readiness requirements.



Duties
  • Responsible for military personnel management and personnel actions for all officers.
  • Subject matter expert for military personnel actions to include Assignment Interactive Module 2.0 (AIM2) Officer Talent Management and HQDA Prepositioned Selection lists.
  • Subject matter expert on the conversion to Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPSA).
  • Visits elements throughout the agency to assist operating personnel and management officials as requested or as determined by superiors.
