Overview
We are seeking a Prompt Engineer Extraordinaire to join the Blitz team where you will be instrumental in shaping a new platform that enhances AI experiences through advanced prompt engineering and dynamic workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various AI models into cohesive and engaging applications, while also crafting innovative solutions that push the boundaries of AI capabilities. Your contributions will be critical in shaping both the functional and visual aspects of our platform, ultimately improving how users interact with AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Craft engaging and effective prompts using LangChain & LangGraph
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Collaborate with the design team to implement AI-driven interfaces
- Integrate and support new AI models and techniques, as well as maintaining existing features
- Debug and fix issues from development to production
- Propose and implement solutions for complex technical problems
- Perform code reviews following best practices that are considered effective among peers
What It Takes
- Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and the RAG framework
- Familiarity with Python and relevant AI libraries
- Knowledge of Git for version control
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Capability to perform efficiently in both remote and hybrid settings
- A deep passion for AI and the places it can take humanity / businesses
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the AI industry
- Proficiency with accessible design and usability best practices
- Familiarity with AI model deployment and scaling
- Experience with custom AI embeddings and integrations
