Location
We're fully remote and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US We have all-company offsites a few times a year where we fly the whole team out to meet in person, build stronger relationships, kick off important projects, and have fun

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with the rest of our sales team, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to understand their complex needs and demonstrate the value of our product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition within the enterprise market segment
- Identify and qualify enterprise leads, and establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand customer pain points, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to support the sales process and ensure customer success
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our product.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the developer tools or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex buying processes, and stakeholder management
- Passion for contributing to ambitious revenue and growth goals.
- A track record of high performance, self-motivation and a want to continually raise the bar for what you believe is achievable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency
- Bonus points for: Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology

Noteworthy
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role is $162,500, with an OTE of $325,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
