We're looking for a few individuals to join our housekeeping team for the 2024 season The Inn at Little Sister Hill is a seasonal, twenty six unit resort located just between Ephraim and Sister Bay.

We open for the season on Friday, May 3rd and close on Sunday, October 27th.

The housekeeping positions available are part-time or full-time.

Housekeeping includes cleaning guest suites (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, living, dining and kitchen area), cleaning common areas daily, taking daily inventories of supplies and restocking, and assisting with laundry.

Experience is helpful but not necessary, we will train you.

We have a fun and very friendly work environment, paid lunch, tips, employee rewards and recognition program, and other awesome benefits.

Shifts are generally from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm depending on the workload. We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.50 per hour, based on experience. Plus, we pay $3.00 per hour more for work done on Saturdays and Sundays. Work days may include holidays, weekdays, and weekends.
