This position is located in Purchased Referred Care (PRC) Service, Branch of Revenue Enhancement Programs, NCSU, Indian Health Service, Lame Deer, Montana.

Incumbent will perform nonsupervisory clerical and administrative support duties, which include but not limited to:
use of a computer and different software programs.

Duties

Work with computer and identified software programs, i.e., excel, word processing, email, automated patient management system, etc., to enter data information.


Answer incoming telephone calls and make outgoing calls to providers and patients to schedule appointment and conduct follow up on patient appointment.
