Position Information

Description & Details:

To provide coordination of initiatives for the Office of Teaching and Learning, helping to ensure high quality programs and courses and positive student experiences.

Work Schedule:

Generally M-F 8-4, with exceptions for special events and travel

Advertised Salary:

$45,000

Minimum Qualifications:
Relatable experience with a bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related area Understanding of higher education systems Demonstrated knowledge in other Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated proficiency in video conferencing platforms [Zoom, MS Teams] Demonstrated organizational skills (including conference/event logistics) Demonstrated business communication system skills Ability to collaborate with other team members involved in administrative processes. Detail oriented, problem-solver, ability to handle challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in education or business-related field with project management Experience in North Dakota University System
