Electrical Skills Trainer

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop instruction for basic electrical maintenance processes (Blueprint reading, PLC operation and programing, Pneumatics / Hydraulics, Wiring- control / relay, Components and Applied mathematics).
- Maintain knowledge of related tools, equipment, and processes to be used throughout the facility.
- Design training exercises through Schaeffler software and equipment, developing lab projects, and creating skill assessments to verify effectiveness.
- Provide oversight and direction to employees in accordance with Schaeffler policies and procedures as well as assist employees in setting goals.
Your Qualifications
- Technical Electrical Degree (or related degree) or Journeyman Maintenance with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. Previous supervisory skill preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- CNC background with the PLC knowledge
