*This role is remote and open to any country, but role will be required to work in EST.*

Hi We're LinkGraph, an SEO software company (and full-service digital agency) focused on engineering products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on an SEO Strategist to help us propel our growth. Check out our careers page here.

If you're smart, ambitious, and passionate about working for a tech company, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic for our website. This includes setting specific objectives, identifying target keywords, and tailoring strategies to different segments of our audience.
  • We are looking for a candidate who is a practitioner of SEO and has actually done the 'nitty gritty'. The ideal candidate is someone who knows all core pillars of SEO. Including:
  • Technical SEO: Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and work closely with the web development team to ensure our site is optimized for search engine crawlers. Address issues related to site architecture, mobile optimization, site speed, and other technical factors affecting our site's performance in search results.
  • Local SEO: Optimize our online presence for local search, including managing Google My Business listings, optimizing for local keywords, and building local citations to enhance visibility in geo-specific search results.
  • Content SEO: Collaborate with the content team to guide the creation of SEO-friendly content. This involves keyword research, optimizing content for search intent, and ensuring content aligns with user needs and search engine guidelines.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance. We have our own proprietary tools (Search Atlas), but it helps if you have familiarity with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify new strategies for client accounts and drive growth.
  • Adapting in the role as needed.
