The Opportunity
The People and Culture Intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within various areas of the Talent Team, with a focus on supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. This position is based in Onamia, MN, and offers remote work flexibility. Internship (May to August)
What You Get to Do
Support DEI Operations: Assist in all aspects of DEI operations within the company, ensuring that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are integrated into our culture and practices.Project Management and Coordination: Collaborate with the team to manage and coordinate DEI initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet organizational objectives.
Develop DEIB Educational Resources: Create and maintain a DEIB library, calendar of events, and micro-learning modules to enhance awareness and understanding of DEIB topics among Associates.
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned that contribute to the overall success of the team and align with the goals of the People and Culture.
