About the Opportunity:

100% InpatientJoin one other Psychiatrist and one APRNThe position is open to a general Psychiatrist or Geriatric PsychiatristCases include: Geriatric Psychiatry, mainly Dementia, adult cases, depression and anxietyOption to do consults however not requiredWe are opening the 21-bed unit to adult inpatients in addition to geriatric patientsThe expected daily patient census is 10. Bonuses for seeing additional patientsThis is a Med/Psych unit so there is a medical service to co-manage patients and treat medical presentationCall is not required and is paid additionallyMedical Student Teaching.
