Informs guest of the Hotel's facilities, services available, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
Takes flowers to guest's rooms.
Delivers newspapers to hotel rooms.
Assists guest with room changes and maintain room key security.
Participates in maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Completes required room slip information and submits to Bell Captain after each front.
Informs Captain of guests without luggage.
The Bell Person will also be responsible for storage and retrieval of luggage in the luggage room as assigned by the Bell Captain.
Position is in a cigarette smoke environment.
