Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and newSearch, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resourcesBuild close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidatesManage the process from interview through offer stageConduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidatesBe responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and Lead generationHave an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposalsNegotiate Commercial Terms of business and ratesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines1-5 years Commercial Sales (Business to Business) experience.
