Medication and/or vaccine administration. Care Coordination via medication refills, prior authorizations and referral scheduling. Test result management and tracking as determined by provider. Return patient calls and inquiries via phone or patient portal. Current Licensure LPN or RN, State of Iowa, OR c urrent Certification, Certified Medical Assistant.
