Job Summary:

Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing/Operations Assistant. This role will support the Marketing Director in coordinating meetings, ensuring timely updates on events, assisting in meetings with the marketing team and General Managers, approving online posts from social media creators, and aiding in the launch of new concepts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Marketing Director, including team meetings and meetings with General Managers.
Event Tracking: Ensure the marketing team is up to date on events and deadlines, assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events.
Team Assistance: Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items for meetings with the marketing team and General Managers.
Social Media Oversight: Review and approve online posts from social media creators to ensure they align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Concept Launch Support: Assist in the development and launch of new concepts, including coordinating marketing efforts and tracking progress.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
Project Management: Assist in managing marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the marketing department.

Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with social media platforms and content approval processes is a plus.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Hospitality experience is preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing support role

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
