Summary

The Contract Specialist position is located in Acquisition Management at the Pawnee Indian Health Center in Pawnee, Oklahoma. The incumbent is responsible for a full range of acquisition duties for Acquisition Management and reports to the Administrative Officer of the Pawnee Indian Health Center.

**Recruitment or relocation incentives may be authorized. At least a 1 year service agreement will be required.



Duties
  • Adheres to acquisitions laws, regulations, and policies, perform complex procurement transactions utilizing federal acquisition procedures and an automated procurement system to create contract awards.
  • Assists program with development of source selection plan for complex requirements taking into consideration socio-economic programs.
  • Prepares solicitation documents, evaluate quotes/proposals by applying price and/or cost analysis techniques to complex procurements.
  • Independently performs all contract administration functions.
  • Negotiates and prepares various types of contract modifications.
