In this role, you will be the driving force behind our platform's user experience, leveraging your expertise to streamline complicated processes and deliver elegant, efficient solutions. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical complexities and user needs will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product.

We are seeking a creative problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the technical know-how to work seamlessly with our development team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and business objectives
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
  • Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize simplicity and ease of use
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across the platformIterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices in UX design
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or software product environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and solutions
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Experience with prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for healthtech or medical software is a plus
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user needs
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with development teams
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
