We are looking for a highly motivated Scientist to develop and conduct biochemical and/or cellular assays in the field of in vitro ADME to evaluate potential therapeutics.Prior experience in ADME assays including drug metabolism, drug transporter, CYP450, PPB and measurements of physicochemical properties is required.Proficient knowledge of LC-MS, enzyme kinetics measurements, and/or cell culture is highly desirable.The scientist is expected to be proficient in assay design, trouble-shooting, and data analysis.This position requires working with an interdisciplinary team of medicinal chemists, DMPK scientists, analytical chemists and pharmacologists.Experience in ADME assays requiredPerform project communication with client, study director, and project management teamThere are no unusual hazardous conditions in a bioanalytical lab.
