The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Pawling provides DAILY SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE BRONX

*FREE transportation is provided to CNAs for ALL shifts*

We are seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem CNAs for all shifts.

CNA Duties Include:

  • Providing compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.
  • Assisting residents with hygiene/bathing & ADLs (activities of daily living).
  • Passing meal trays; feeding residents; reporting food & fluid intake.
  • Monitoring residents; reporting any health issues to nurse.
  • Maintaining clean & healthy environment.

CNA Requirements Include:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
  • Ability to work well on a team
