1 Vacancy will be filled in the following specialty areas: Brookhaven Accounts Management Division

The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

• Coaches the team in the evaluative review process, selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques, provide advice on work methods, practices and procedures, and assists the team and/or individual members in identifying the parameters of a viable solution.
• Distributes, balances, monitors and reports on workload in accordance with established workflow or job specialization. Assures equitable distribution among employees and timely accomplishment of assigned workloads.
• Amends or rejects work not meeting established standards, refers to supervisor questions or matters not covered by standards and problems in meeting performance standards.
• Maintains current knowledge of procedures, policies and directives; answers questions; and provides both classroom and On Job Training (OJT) instruction to employees and obtains needed information or decisions from supervisor on problems that arise.
• Resolves simple informal complaints, refers others to supervisor; reports on work -load performance, progress and training needs of employees and on disciplinary problems.
