MISSION PRINCIPALE
Assurer, au sein de l'équipe commerciale, la relation clientèle de premier niveau, ainsi que la réalisation des tâches administratives en appui à l'équipe : chef des ventes, attachés commerciaux, chargés de clientèle.

RELATION CLIENT

• Assure l'accueil téléphonique des prospects et clients et répond à leurs demandes d'information.

• Diffuse toutes les informations nécessaires aux clients et oriente leurs demandes vers les interlocuteurs adéquats si nécessaire.

• Enregistre les réclamations et s'assure du bon suivi des réponses apportées par le gestionnaire du contrat en relation avec l'attaché commercial.

• Peut-être amené, dans le cadre d'une demande ponctuelle de mise à disposition de bennes, à gérer l'activité des devis sur les appels entrants (qualification,
élaboration et relance de devis) selon la politique tarifaire de l'agence.

APPUI AUX FORCES DE VENTES

• Accompagne les forces de vente dans leurs activités commerciales mais aussi sur la dimension reporting/pilotage de l'activité commerciale.

• Assiste les attachés commerciaux dans la rédaction des appels d'offres, devis et contrats.

• Met en place le dossier administratif : cahier des charges spécifiques, fiche d'information préalable (FIP), certificat d'acceptation préalable (CAP), fiches Clear, dossier
de production, formules d'indexation, etc.

• S'assure de la bonne mise en œuvre du contrat de prestation, en veillant à la qualité et à la bonne diffusion des pièces contractuelles et d'exploitation auprès des
services concernés.

• Participe à la mise à jour périodique des prix d'achat matière sur l'ensemble des clients pour intégration dans les bons rachats matière (BRM).

• Prépare les réunions commerciales et participe à la préparation des réunions de pilotage mensuelles avec l'exploitation (revue de contrat, etc.).

• Réalise les reportings et bilans pour les clients de l'agence en s'assurant de la fiabilité des informations et du respect des délais.

• Veille et contribue au respect des règles de gestion (métier et SI), des bonnes pratiques et de la bonne utilisation des outils.

• Peut-être amené à accompagner les forces de vente dans la maitrise des systèmes commerciaux

équivalent
