Position Details:

The Associate - Fill/Finish Ops will report to the Associate Director of Manufacturi. The Associate - Fill/Finish Ops will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of C4I projects in the manufacturing process. This includes: providing a leadership role for the area process team, managing improvement projects and process improvements for the area, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple support groups in execution of improvements, change controls, projects, and assisting in providing supervisory coverage in the absence of the Leader or Manager.


Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor and communicate metricsProvide education on concepts to operators and process teamDrive projects for process/ compliance improvementProvide a leadership role in the area of process monitoring and process improvements for the process team.Own projects as generated by Process Team and CAPAInvestigate problems, conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasuresBack up for Leader and/or ManagerLead specific functions of the process teamLead by example in using data to influence change and improvementEnsure that all safety practices, policies, and rules are followed and enforcedComplete safety audits.Be an active participant in safety improvements and reduction of incidentsEducation: Technical or science degree preferredAdditional Skills/Preferences:5+ years' experience in a pharmaceutical operations environment preferred.Previous leadership/supervisory experience helpfulCareer interests in operations leadership Eli Lilly and Company, Lilly USA, LLC and our wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively "Lilly") are committed to help individuals with disabilities to participate in the workforce and ensure equal opportunity to compete for jobs.
