We are looking for someone who wants to excel in an international working environment.

The Project Manager acts as the primary interface between all relevant stakeholders, both external and internal. They are responsible for developing long-term relationships with a select portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

  • Accountable for interfacing with the customer and assuring customer satisfaction
  • Serves as project lead overseeing cross functional team members and ensuring accountability towards project deliverables
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Operate as the key point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with urgent requests or issue escalations as needed. If required, initiate corrective actions
  • Oversee the execution of proposals, value propositions and contracts

Your Profile

As a fast-paced and dynamic team, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for results and cinema. As Project Manager, no two days will be the same. You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with technology-related products or the eagerness to learn
  • Analytical and methodical problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; to be autonomous, use initiative, be accountable
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Your experience

  • Project management background with at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in working with a cloud-based project management tool, as well as excellent Excel capabilities
  • Reporting skills: being able to draw conclusions from a complex data set and translate these into improvement actions
  • PMP certification preferred
