Key Responsibilities:

Accurately manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing aircraft parts and supplies.
Develop purchase orders in accordance with technical specifications, requirements, work statements and terms and conditions.
Manage suppliers through all phases of a purchase life cycle, promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and participating in fact-finding and technical evaluations
Negotiate specific terms and conditions including price, delivery, and quality
Negotiates all modifications to purchase orders
Retain historical information and compliant file documentation
Deliver quality customer service and maintain good supplier relationships.
Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure all items are accounted for and properly documented.
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely availability of required parts for aircraft maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies regarding parts handling and documentation.
Assist in developing and improving inventory management procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
