About the role:

Join our dynamic marketing team at Enova as a Marketing Senior Analyst. In this position, you'll be instrumental in driving new customer growth through partnerships with lead providers and affiliates. We are seeking a data-driven marketer to nurture relationships with these third-party vendors, analyze performance, and devise strategies for enhancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign data for insightful reporting and data-driven suggestions, pinpointing growth opportunities.
  • Develop and oversee new customer acquisition campaigns, cultivating relationships with lead providers and affiliates through weekly updates and meetings.
  • Provide recommendations and implement optimizations to enhance volume and customer quality.
  • Monitor performance consistently, negotiate advertising terms, and promptly address opportunities or concerns.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, delivering reporting updates and suggestions to marketing leadership.
  • Handle invoicing, partner payouts, and assist in product launches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing or business with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools, especially in SQL.
  • Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities to solve problems and enhance processes.
  • Project management expertise with a focus on realistic timelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
