As a part of this program, you will contribute to the design, development, production, and deployment of innovative payload system suites, focusing on accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle interoperable operations.
Additionally, you will engage in digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures.
Under the Integration Support Contract, BAE Systems seeks an experienced Aerospace Engineer to aid in developing engineering requirements for an advanced reentry capabilities program.
- Offer technical guidance to Government leaders and engineers
- Support requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation activities
- Prepare and review engineering analysis reports and acquisition documents
- Participate in technical meetings and review sessions
- Mentor and develop junior engineering team members

As per the Government contract, this role requires US Citizenship and is solely based at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with extensive aerospace/mechanical engineering experience
- Strong technical leadership background
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- US citizenship is a prerequisite for this position
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with missile systems or complex weapon systems
- Current Secret Clearance or higher
- Knowledge of Air Force Operations and acquisition programs
- Previous involvement with military weapon systems
