Represents the organization in installation level meetings and/or at various conferences and meetings with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.

Makes overall assignments of functions to contract staff and assists them with major problems, within the terms of the contract.

Serves as a housing liaison.

Assist with documenting and resolving major problems conflicts and complaints that arise between Army Housing residents and the Housing Privatization partner, within the terms of the lease.

Conduct on-post housing inspections.

Primary for Housing Services Office (HSO) functions which include being the liaison for services members seeking off-post housing, performing rental unit inspections and maintaining the Government's database.
