Our championship culture provides a foundation for our students to grow as a person, student and athlete.This position reports to the Head Women's Swimming and Diving Coach.
Responsible to the head coach for providing coaching expertise and leadership of the intercollegiate athletics women's diving program; assisting the head coach in the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes; and recruiting to identify and cultivate academically qualified and highly skilled student-athletes.
Organize the administration of the day-to-day operations in scheduling competition, event management, team travel plans, practice organization, and other administrative duties.
Candidate must display the highest of ethical standards, recruit qualified student-athletes and display a commitment to their academic success. Working knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and procedures is necessary. CPR certification will be required within 90 days of start date. A current and valid USA Diving certification or USA Swimming Coaching is required at the time of appointment.Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of coaching experience is required.
