Duties

Assignments are Developmental and will prepare the candidate for performing advanced duties.

  • Distributes mail, recording the receipt, suspense, and completion dates as appropriate
  • Receives and refers visitors and telephone calls.
  • Takes and delivers messages for the staff and answers routine inquiries
  • Maintains established office files and records.
  • Makes photocopies/scans all types of material
  • Assembles documents into final packages or case files
  • Searches for and compiles data and provides data entry into electronic applications
  • Provides limited typing support which does not require the services of a qualified typist such as filling in simple forms
