Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Innkeeper. As the primary point of contact for guests, the Innkeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness and guest readiness.
  • Schedule and supervise cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely washing, drying, and folding of linens and towels.
  • Perform minor cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the appearance of common areas.
  • Track weekly expenses and maintain accurate records of operational costs.
  • Manage incoming mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Provide coverage and support when housekeepers or cleaning staff are unavailable.
  • Coordinate closely with the off-site General Manager (GM) to address any operational issues or guest concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or property management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
