The OpportunityAs a Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator, you will be on the forefront of our operation directly helping her, our customer. Team members do multiple warehouse tasks to include arrivals or unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, solving problems, cycle counting bins, or returning her order. Team members are required to operate equipment including elevated lift equipmentPositions starting at 16.502nd shift differential of $2.00 per hour (when working 5pm through 4:59am)1st shift (5am - 3:30pm) 2nd shift (4pm-2:30am)Reports directly to Area ManagerWho We Are HSN takes shoppers on a journey – embracing the new, exploring untrodden paths, and bringing shoppers a unique perspective that enriches their lives. Your ImpactWhile working on PIT equipment, you will work inside one of our high-tech fulfillment centers driving several types of forklifts to fulfill customer orders. You may be asked to help out in other areas of the facility to include arrivals or unloading, receiving, manual stowing, manual picking, packing, shipping, or returning her orderWhat You BringMust be at least 18 years oldAble to work a full shift and to work overtimeRead and take verbal direction in EnglishLift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationStand/walk for up to 10 hoursPush, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp and reach up to 10 hours/dayWilling to be trained on and operate a non-elevated forkliftBe comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feetWilling to be trained on the operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT) to include: walkie rider, stand-up forklift, stock picker or turret truckUse PIT equipment that may go to elevations of 60-80 feet while wearing a safety harnessPerform to the established standards of safety, quality, productivity and attendanceDemonstrated characteristics of reliability (attendance), teamwork, andPositively contribute to a professional, safe, and conflict-free work environment3+ years of relevant work experience in a fulfillment center environment Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time. #HSN #PineyFlats #Tennessee #Li-Onsite #Onsite Join us as we enrich life's everyday moments – including yours.
