About the Position: These positions are located at Directorate of Public works, Engineering Services Division, Operations Branch and Directorate of Public Works, Engineering Services Division (Project Management Branch), Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington.



Duties
  • Provide a wide variety of general procurement and acquisition support using automated systems.
  • Perform pre-award, post award, contract pricing, and cost analysis functions using acquisitions systems.
  • Use the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to create, modify, and approve Purchase Requests (PR)s ; resolve PR financial issues (e.g. delays in invoice, incorrect line of accounting, etc.)
  • Maintain a file cabinet in Paperless Contracting Files (PCF) for the maintenance of various contract documents.
  • Create spreadsheets and manipulate data for fiscal tracking; forecasting; updating purchases.
  • Manage recurring purchase of non-technical; services, supplies, and facility maintenance activities.
  • Assist engineering staff with contract package development including documents that collectively make a complete contract.
  • Serve as a Government Purchase Card cardholder for ordering of construction, supplies, services, and training.
