Responsibilities As A Retail Marketing Assistant:
Attend training session to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins Confidently provide advice to clients regarding advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and company history Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and policies Develop authentic relationships with the brand's prospective consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events What Do We Look For In A Retail Marketing Assistant? Someone with experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or retail Someone who operates with a high degree of ethics and integrity Someone who can work successfully as part of a team and independently Someone who is eager to learn and make a difference Someone who can overturn objections and has a proven track record of closing sales

Qualifications:


High school degree or GED Flexible availability Must be able to reliably commute to our Sandy Springs location daily Just like the brands and companies we represent, we are looking for game-changers, out-of-the-box thinkers, innovators, and those looking to push past the status quo.
