Cordillera Ranch is a private ranch community of 9100acres. The Jack Nicklaus Signature course is consistently ranked in the Top 10 golf clubs in Texas. The Agronomy team has recently received a new Toro equipment package including carts, mowers, as well as John Deere GPS sprayers. The developer ownership is committed to providing all resources necessary to make the club and golf experience excellent. The club introduced Axis, a new dining and bar experience at the club's aquatics facility this pest June. The club is also nearing completion of a kitchen expansion to enhance all dining experiences.

Your role as the Assistant Superintendent is critical component of the Agronomy team. He/She will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of all golf course related projects and daily assignments. Cordillera is looking for a positive, energetic, and personable individual to motivate, encourage, and lead a team of 25 personnel.

The assistant superintendent shall be forward thinking as we continually strive to find ways to improve. A mindset of "what can be" is a must as we labor to make not only the golf experience better for members and guests, but the workplace environment special for the agronomy team as well.

As we continually find ways to improve the assistant superintendent will be intimately involved in this creative environment and should expect to immediately start learning to perform as a superintendent.
