Shape the Future of Education: Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining product specifications and vision, determining requirements and features and managing the development process.
  • Enable data-driven product decisions:Analyze and report on product data and customer interactions to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
  • Contribute to strategic planning:Research and understand market trends,customer needs,and the competitive landscape to guide product roadmap development.
  • Ensure flawless execution:Manage dependencies and drive projects to successful completion,delivering impactful results.
  • Communicate effectively and lead:Clearly articulate the product vision,provide direction to your team,and foster collaboration across functions.
  • Measure success: define, measure and track product performance metrics to understand success and drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Data-driven: ideally 5+ years of experience in product management,demonstrating a commitment to data-driven strategies and decision-making.
  • Adaptable problem solver:Thrives in fast-paced environments,embraces challenges with a "can-do" attitude,and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric:Passionate about understanding customer needs and developing solutions that address them.Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Change leader and collaborator:Possesses exceptional collaboration skills and experience leading change initiatives across teams.
  • Effective communicator and influencer:Able to clearly communicate ideas,build consensus,and influence others across the organization.
