MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center provides comprehensive,
technology-based surgical services, offering the latest, most innovative
treatment for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Our
distinguished specialty service lines include: medicine, oncology, bariatrics,
cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care,
behavioral health, plastic/reconstructive surgery, and ambulatory services.
Between 2010 and 2020, our medical center has invested over $300 million in a
campus modernization strategy including a new inpatient tower, emergency
department, NICU, and state-of-the-art surgical pavilion.
Accredited by the Joint Commission, MedStar Franklin Square is certified as a
Primary Stroke Center and is working on expanding into a Comprehensive Stroke

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

  • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
  • Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
