Job Description Planning and production control of New Products being introduced to the Electronic Warfare-Integrated Manufacturing Center Pilot Line. Collaborate with Program teams to prepare and monitor production of new products to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements; Maintain MRP requirements, integrity, and accuracy. Ensures shipments are accomplished to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments. Collaborate with Pilot Line leadership team, making sure that all work entering the line has been properly vetted through the process engineering team prior to release.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelors and 2 years work experience
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with requirements to present updates and issues to the Pilot Line leadership team
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with factory personnel and internal customers
  • Utilize tools and processes to prepare appropriate reports and documents
  • Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Manage kit flow from master stores to the NPI Production Line, ensuring that production priorities are understood and met
  • Configure work orders in preparation for manufacturing's release
  • Ensure kits are short free and lower level makes are prepared to meet demand requirements
  • Support the engineering change order (ECO) process, as well a Design Evaluation Request (DER) activities, and Special Engineering kits such as IRAD, CRAD and Prototype kits to insure correct configuration of material.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
