We're looking for high-quality board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our telehealth practice.
Salary range:
$140,000 to $280,000k\*\*Our target compensation is $187,000 for clinicians that are billing 33 clinical hours a week and taking their generous paid time off. The range is a function of how many weekly visits are done, documentation and billing practices reflecting complexity and services provided.

Your Role:
- Provide clinical consultations: Assessments, workups, treatment plans, medication management.
- Support individuals with diverse mental health needs.
- Utilize our EHR & telehealth platform.
- Engage with patients: 30minute followups, 1hour initial consultations.
- Participate in collaborative case conferences and team culture.
- Adhere to policies: Documentation, quality audits, measurementinformed care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with assessments, diagnosis, triage, medication, treatment, crisis management.
- ANCCcertified PMHNP.
- Seeking fulltime (33 bookable hours/week).
- Valid CA BRN furnishing license.
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing.
- Valid/active DEA for schedule II-V medications.
- Open to exploring 103B independent practice in CA.
- Comfortable with technology, EHR, telehealth.
- Experience with adult or adolescent populations.
- Empathetic and skilled in building rapport.
Additional Requirements:
- No federal healthcare program suspensions/exclusions/debarments.
- No adverse actions by the nursing board, hospital, or credentialing body (past 2 years).
