Student Success Coordinator

A leader in primary flight training and one of the largest flight schools in the Northeast, is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to join their growing operation. The Student Success Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our students' educational journey from enrollment to graduation. This position is responsible for tracking and supporting student progress, resolving issues related to training timelines, assisting with billing and account inquiries, and contributing to the overall improvement of the student experience. The successful candidate will work closely with certified flight instructors (CFIs) to ensure students are progressing satisfactorily and to ensure their students' progression and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Progress Tracking: Monitor and document the progress of each student, identifying any barriers to success and implementing strategies to overcome them.
Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support to students, offering solutions and resources to help them navigate challenges in their training and personal obstacles that may impact their progress.
Liaison with CFIs: Collaborate with CFIs to review student performance data, address any concerns related to instruction or student progress, and ensure that instructional timelines meet the school's standards.
Billing and Account Assistance: Assist students with inquiries related to billing and account status, ensuring they have access to the necessary financial information and support.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining accurate student records, preparing reports on student progress, and participating in school meetings to discuss and implement strategies for student success.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of student success strategies, policies, and procedures based on data analysis and student feedback.
